Lovely room and lovely breakfast Mandy was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay there in such a central location for anywhere on the island. We both recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting the island.

Everything we wanted and more. An easy walk into Cowes and a quick bus back if we didn't fancy the hill. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious every day and we just had such a lovely stay all round.

Friendly and welcoming hosts. Great location for walking into Cowes. Comfortable and clean rooms. Very comfortable bed with lovely linen. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Owner was really welcoming, warm and friendly. She absolutely made our stay, and her breakfast was one of the best we've had. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Access to Cowes super easy, a walk downhill and bus back up if you didn't feel like the hill. Owner was generous sharing her tips for local places to eat. Thank you.
