The staff were lovely especially the breakfast team. Breakfast was delicious and the team went above and beyond. Bar area nice but not open long enough!

Location excellent, staff very friendly. Large rooms, very comfy and clean Food and drink very good. Decor and facilities in rooms and bathrooms tired and needs TLC. Didn't replenish tea coffee facilities or anything in rooms for the days we were there. Two flights stairs but has three so not as bad as could of been. Room 6 next to nightclub so no good if need sleep early.

The location was perfect. Came off the red jet ferry and the hotel was literally on the doorstep. It's also close to many shops and bars/restaurants.

Great location, we knew it from previous visits to Cowes. The breakfast was wonderful with a lovely view over the harbour. The bar was well stocked with a good choice of ales too.

Great location in town close to shops etc and Red Jet terminal but easy to get to walk by the sea. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing - beautifully presented with an array of food - hot options, cereals, pastries, fruit etc. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good. Cosy room suited character of the old building and totally unexpected chandelier bedside lights! (No views from this room but was out most of the time so not necessary.)

lovely warm welcome. Very friendly pub. Our room was large and clean. Very comfy bed. It was room no 1 which is right on the road. Beware there will be noise in the morning from local traffic. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The waitress was fabulous.
