The pool was lovely but very cold. Enjoyed the spa. Apartment had everything we needed Bed was comfortable Noise levels were minimal eg couldn’t hear building next door, music from town was faint on Fri/Sat night.

Booked for the outdoor pool, however it was very dirty. The spa pool was not working either so we did not get to use. The room itself was great

Friendly staff - fast response & guided us well for after-hours check-in. Good location. Located near shops & eateries. The Cowes jetty is located downhill. Very spacious. Love our room as it provided us sufficient space for kids to play as well. Had washing machine, dryer & microwave so it feels like home. Our room had direct access to the pool area too. Really had a pleasant stay here. Very happy with it.

We had a great time. Nice and clean and spacious. We loved the spa and location was excellent. Close to shops, restaurants and walking distance to everything. Bed was comfortable.
