Lovely Hotel for what is required for a 1 night stay. hotel facilities are lovely. My only gripe is the hotel not having a regular taxi service to call upon, I was recommended to use Uber which is fine if you have the Uber Ap or with people that do know how to use user, however I didn't. The hotel receptionist didn't object to calling a taxi for us but couldn't verify whether the taxi service would turn up or be on time, which is a strange comment for a city. I just didn't get it, but this doesn't reflect on my enjoyable stay.

The location was nice and the pool was lovely as were the staff. The room was a bit dated and needs a freshen up but it had the usual facilities. Our particular room was so hot in fact it was excessively hot even without the heating on in the main room so had to sleep without the duvet on and with the window open even in early April might be too hot in mid summer for some.

Dinner was absolutely excellent. Deliciously tasty food with superb, friendly staff. The grounds were beautiful and the beds were comfy. The complimentary fruit platter and drinks were a lovely touch.

Loft 18 food out of this world staff friendly and very helpful the app to check in is a little confusing but reception sorted everything out on check in and even sung happy birthday to me everything about my stay was second to none

Staff very friendly easy to check in and gave us an upgrade. Lovely swimming pool. The only thing which could be improved would be the access to breakfast as this is upstairs with no lift access, I travelled with my mum who has poor mobility and uses a walking stick, she found it a bit tricky to make it up to breakfast !

Breakfast was brilliant which was served by experienced member of staff who have good customer care too. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel since we had eaten when we checked in.
