We attended the lGEM Charity Ball December 2024 and booked in for the night. Stunning Christmas theme going on. Lift and rooms easy to find. Easy to book online, easy to find the location. Staff were lovely excellent amenities. Nice to have Starbucks cafe and grill restaurant, delicious breakfast. Room was spacious, loved the Dyson fan, beautiful sprung bed, delightful washroom. Food was outstanding at the ball. Lovely friendly staff. We would definitely stay again.

Everything we luv this hotel and the staff, it's our 15th visit and we just luv it , nothing is too much trouble, the facilities are fab it's like staying at a 5 star hotel

Check in was excellent and staff were very helpful. Used the Gym on 26th December and all was open. Everyone was friendly. Waitresses, reception and room cleaning staff were all excellent. Thank you for a fabulous stay

Everything this must be are 6 or 7th stay here it's not far from Cheltenham Broadway and other areas of the cotswolds. Yes it's an old building but it's clean and to us that's more important

Check was easy gentleman who was on desk helpfull a nd pleasant I admit I was a bit worried about check in before I'm 94 and find some of these automatic things difficult

Bed was very comfortable and shower was amazing. Room was very clean and breakfast was lovely. Overall good stay. Very happy with our room.

Room was perfect, wasn't too impressed with the Christmas food, only one choice on the menu. Veg was rock hard.
