Hi Andrea and the team that checked me and my family in yesterday afternoon. I'm overwhelmed by the customer service I experienced and very greatful of the service we received. The room was good just the phone didn't work and I need to stay connected to reception and my son as their room was to the front of the hotel as I was located to the rear of the hotel and as I have mobility issues I could of used the phone to save some time when communicating with them. I ended up using my mobile which connected with no issues. Your staff/team were very friendly and did not fault in anything. Thank you and I look forward to booking with ypur hotel in the near future when visiting Coventry again. Barbara

Very good hotel for access to NEC and Airport. Very reasonable price, beds comfortable, room warm, staff were friendly and welcoming. Happy to recommend!
