A welcoming arrival from a young female receptionist along with a committed young Male on leaving, Bar staff confident and happy, the room was clean but needed redecorating, cracks etc, overall a pleasant atmosphere and experience.

Staff were friendly, and helpful. The location was good too. Easy to get into town (by car) and loved that the bar was open til late. Bed was comfy and the room was clean and tidy. Only had breakfast once, and it was okay. Price is now £13.95 though. This hotel works for both business and leisure, for a short, no fuss stay. Thank you to all at Novotel Coventry. Be back soon! x
