The room was newly refurbished and the bed was comfy and the shower was good. It was also lovely and clean. The receptionist was also very friendly. It was easy to park out front. It was very quiet overnight.

Staff were seriously very friendly and approachable. Was able to crack a few jokes with them. (The shining!). They were very accomodating with my requests and such too. Room was a pleasant surprise. Really nice size, and shower. Rooms look more modern than the hotel lobby and hallways. Deffo recommend and would book again. Thanks guys.

There were no breakfast facilities as far as I could see however there is a pleasant cafe nearby overlooking Coventry basin and a Weatherspoons just 10 minutes walk away that serves good value cooked breakfasts from early morning.

Our room was ready much earlier than we anticipated which allowed us to drop our bags in the room and go to our event. The receptionist was super friendly and told us a little bit about how the hotel closed and reopened again. The facilities were basic but very much home from home. We didn't need to use the WIFI but there was the option to use it if we wanted it. The room looked to have has extensive refurb work done, including a new bathroom and a cute breakfast area with a microwave as well as the standard hotel kettle. Also a fridge and freezer, so long stay guests could essentially bring food and make it also. The kitchen was being refurbed so no breakfast when we stayed but the vibe was great and staff super friendly. We will stay again on further trips to Coventry

Friendly, clean, Comfortable, great price, but above all Day, time Desk Manager Helen is an exceptionally good person. Helen's customer care skills were next-level. She even got my shirt ironed. I have travelled worldwide and met some great individuals in different hotels. And that's why I shall give Helen a 10/10 rating for outstanding customer skills.
