The Hotel is at a good location, however Google maps confuses the location with a neighbouring location. For someone arriving from an International destination, this can be confusing The Hotel is clean and well appointed. However the staff on duty need some training. The girl at the reception confused my name with another and as a result, after I went to my room, I realised the keys don’t work. When I came back to reflash the key, it took 10 mins for a simple enough work. I had paid for breakfast while booking. When I came for breakfast next day morning, I decided not to have breakfast, but just have a Cappuccino and leave. To my surprise, this Hotel classifies Cappuccino as “special” coffee and he said I would have to pay extra for the same. When I told him I had paid for breakfast which I wasn’t going to have, but would appreciate a cappuccino instead, he refused. Asked me to go upto reception and sort things out. I thought it was rude and inconsiderate, but maybe it was beyond him to be flexible. When you look at Asian hospitality and warmth, it comes as a surprise to find such cold and inflexible behaviour and I did not appreciate this at all.

Clean, new and spacious. I was surprisingly upgraded to a suite and loved it! What a treat ! Roll top bath, proper fresh milk and a coffee machine and a giant TV. Fabulous! Great breakfast. Good bar. Perfect location right near the Coventry train station. Recommended!

Clean, stylish, modern hotel close to Coventry station. Comfortable room. Pet friendly. Friendly and professional staff, very welcoming, very helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location close to the station which meant we could go to events in Birmingham with ease and cost less than staying in Birmingham. Facilities had everything you needed. Staff were all really friendly welcome and knowledgeable. Bed were also very comfortable even for us with back issues so couldn't ask for more.
