David greet my son and i when we arrived, the room was amazing. Everything was spotless, excellent facilities, access to Netflix, WiFi. Beds were comfortable, with good pillows. The breakfast was brought to the room, catering for special diets. There's free parking which I've found you never normally get. It was excellent, amazing value for money, there's nothing I can fault. Anyone staying here will definitely not be disappointed, this is by far the best place I have stayed.

The property looks like a Victorian outhouse from the outside, but it is converted to the max at high levels of 21st Century comfort. As a bonus, a small deer appeared in the garden and returned several times to eyeball me from a distance. Another plus goes to a child of the family, aged about eight, who appeared to deliver my breakfast in the morning in a paper bag.

Location is great, 10 minutes walk to Warwick Business School. Good and quiet ambient, air quality. Comfortable bed and on time room keeping services. I enjoyed hot coffee every morning with full warm English breakfast.

The location was nice and tucked away making you feel like you were actually out of the city. Nice size room with bunk beds for my children and they loved the sky lights. Breakfast was lovely, and being gluten free wasn’t any problem at all. We watched some Christmas films on Netflix and we enjoyed our night away from home.
