Mattress too soft, people loitering and noisy outside my window till 2am, very annoying. Room was cold and no flexibility on check out without additional charge.

We’ve stayed at Days Inn before & it really is excellent! This time didn’t request an accessible room (like I usually do)! The young man on reception moved us into an accessible room, which was so good of him! The staff are ALL EXCELLENT & their customer service is fantastic! Thanks guys
