The hotel has built a lodge at the back of the hotel and the rooms are new and it is a pleasure to be stay there

The shower was excellent with a five setting shower head and wonderful water pressure. It was a room that did exactly what it said on the tin. It was cheap and cheerful. It's not going to win awards but it will do what you expect it to! Good temperature. Good bed.

Location was good, very quick and easy to get to the NEC, just off the main road. The price was good compared to others

Room and bathroom was very clean which is wonderful. What was the best, in fact excellent, was that the person at the reception when we checked in at night , around 10 pm or so, kindly gave us two bottles of cold water. I felt that it was a pleasantly welcoming gesture, when I said we needed drinking water. Mattress, bedding was comfortable, towels were nice and clean

The room was clean and comfortable. Looked a little "tired" but very functional. I wanted a clean room, comfortable bed, decent shower and toilet, tea/coffee facilities, a good television, safe car park facilities and that is exactly what I got. I wasn't expecting the "Ritz" and was more than happy with what was provided for me.

The property seems to have had a good clean up new carpet or it had had a good clean did smell fresh when went in all coffee and tea was in place toilet rolls towels at first
