Guests must always communicate the age of children staying in the booked room.The free shuttle runs every 15-20 minutes from 08:20 until 10:00 and from 15:00 until 17:00.Access to the wellness centre comes at extra charge. Please inform at least an hour in advance if you would like to use the wellness centre.Please note that at weekends during winter, connectivity for credit card payments is slow in the mornings. You may be asked to pay by credit card at a different time of day or to pay in cash or by debit card if possible.Parking is subject to availability, only 10 car spaces are available outdoors in the free parking area, while there are 15 in the garage at extra charge.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The Chalet was extremely warm and cosy with huge log fire and sofas. The perfect place to relax and the staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Super spot in gorgeous Courmayeur with lifts to the slopes.

Very welcoming staff and host, everyone is going an extra mile to make you happy. Absolutely every wish and demand is met with a smile and an effort. Thank you! It was our second year in this hotel and hopefully not the last.

Very cute chalet style property with a gorgeous outside area to sit and have drinks, cosy furnishings inside and fairly quiet location despite a busy road outside. Staff were very helpful.
