There was some initial issues with our room but the staff handled wonderfully and even upgraded us for free as an apology.

The location is great - although very close to the La Defense, the area is a very cozy and clean living quarters, with nice houses and villas, narrow streets with shops and brasseries, very nice. The room was minimalist but with everything one needs - well organized space so that there is room for everything. The bathroom is quite spacious, well organized with everything you need. The bed was comfortable with an excessive selection of pillows :) The common space at the reception was very welcoming, although small. The building looks renovated and refreshed, and you can see the La Defense skyline from the windows, nicely raising above the classic view of the neighborhood.

It’s a new building, only 10 minutes walk away from La Defense station/ mall. Great location everything is accessible by walk you could go down to eat, buy grocery or dessert. The bathroom was 10/10

The staff was really kind and helpful. And the room was clean with good facilities. I also liked the view from the 3rd floor.

The staff was super nice, the place was really neat and clean. Its about 15 min by foot to metro station from where you can get anywhere in about 30 min. The street has all the necessary shops you would need and more plus it was pretty quiet. You also get free drinks included from the mini fridge!
