We only stayed for 1 night as we were travelling to another part of Lanzarote. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception area, which housed toilets were immaculate. The onsite shop was very good.

Everything was just above expectations! There was lots to do within the resort. Such a family oriented place. Not forgetting to mention the staff was so friendly!!

Love coming to sands, have been for the last 10 years, love seeing receptionist david who's great. Cleaners are fab and any requests where met with no problems. can't thank you enough.

I loved this apartment. The bed was the best part. I haven’t been sleeping good and this room was prefect. Bathroom and living area was great too. I couldn’t fault this apartment. Oh TV in bed room was great.

Apartments very spacious. Close to the beach. Very good deep pool in Verde plaza designed for swimming. Lovely clean water, just the right temperature. On-site supermarket.

A great resort with loads of amenities to entertain the kids. Very clean and the pool areas are maintained to a very high standard. The staff are all so nice and helpful. The shop in the hotel is very convenient for supplies. Would definitely return back here again
