Second visit. Another business trip on which my partner came along. The hotel is stunning and we had a great time but the room given was ok the third floor and we experience a lot of noise from the room above and the view wasn’t as good as our first trip. Food was good and we adore JJ at the Maar bar for always going an extra mile. Also John for a smooth check in a good customer service throughout our stay. Considering we had one of the best rooms and paid extra for crown service, we did feel some of our requests should have been executed including our request for a room on the 4th floor, use of the business space for a few meetings (this has recently changed to a chargeable booking system) and we also had trouble getting a later checkout which eventually was sorted. We’ll return for sure as I have several other business meetings gs

Very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. Big rooms and balcony Adults only and I wouldn't recommend for anyone under 30, otherwise you'd get bored. If you want to chill by the pools it's ideal, you will also chill in the pools, coz they are cold!😄, but refreshing👍

We booked a junior suite with terrace. The description is inner courtyard view. Traveller’s should be very aware that this description is misleading. The room we were offered was in the corner of the building on the second floor with extremely limited view from terrace. No privacy as overlooking adjacent balcony. Room facilities as described. Following a complaint we were reluctantly moved to a pool view room with an open terrace. We believe that this hotel is overrated. No complaint with breakfast or room facilities other than the TV cannot be viewed from the bed. Third photo open terrace. First two photo restricted view.
