Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Food was great and we would go back. We had a little problem but the front desk fixed it quickly for us. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, our room was in a good location, nice and quiet with a sea view. We were offered an upgrade on arriving however, we decided to view our current allocated room before making a decision, which we felt that there was no need to take the upgrade. The bed in our room was extra large and very comfortable. The staff around the hotel were all friendly & helpful. Another bonus was, there's plenty of sun beds available around the pool area, there was never no need to have to reserve them, which is a pet hate of mine! Breakfast in the main dining area was good. We had a meal in the Italian restaurant & in the Lebanese both were alright. In all a nice pleasant week stay.

Reserve area 100% worth the upgrade but it created a bit of a "them and us" environment. Would have preferred the whole hotel to be at the same standard as the Reserve as there is such an obvious difference between the two offerings, that you end up only spending time in the Reserve areas, which can feel limiting if there for longer than a few days.

Everything was great! A lovely hotel, really beautiful and refreshing pool. Great food and drinks. Comfortable room with fantastic sunrise view. Very relaxing overall. Also, the gym has good equipment, especially for weightlifting, compared to many other hotels.

Everything- the staff primarily, food, amenities and quality quality quality. Italian, Middle Eastern, buffet if you preferred a wide choice or the Canadian restaurant with its absolutely superb dinner ensemble. My favourite is the Reserve Pool bar and the wonderful staff there who made terrific cocktails and great lunches too with flair and good humour- thank you! Our friendly ambassador Anica was very helpful as was Veronica whom we saw previously in May (our second time in a year).

The stay was great. Hotel location, hotel architecture, room layout and equipment, swimming pools, restaurants - all fantastic. The best the hotel has to offer is staff and service, which are excellent. Special thanks to our Destination Concierge Veronica, who greatly enhanced our experience with kindness, knowledge and rapid responses to our requests.
