Lovely room and the views were incredible. The food for half board was all absolutely fine. lots of choices. A lot of rhe reception staff were great. our party had some trouble with some of the bar staff and one of the duty managers wenwere accused of abusing the all inclusive element of 2 of our party as they had booked a suite. We had to prove that the drinks they had ordered they drank. It was humbling and totally unnecessary as allow us on half board had drinks bills on our rooms. 1 of the bar staff actually shouted at us a few times. their all inclusive and half board systems need work.

Location was great, on the beach, 15 minute taxi from airport. The staff were happy to help at all times. It was spotlessly clean throughout.

Great location on the sea front, in the centre of the resort, close to shops, bars and restaurants but not so close as to be noisy. Staff were mostly all very friendly and efficient. The room (Superior Double ) was light and airy and a good size. There was sufficient draws and cupboard space and sufficient coat hangers. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower. There was a magnifying mirror which with the good lighting was fine for doing obes make up. Breakfasts were great, a big selection which varied daily and of a good quality. The pool area was very clean and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. These were comfortable and easy to move. Easy check in - able to access room when we arrived early. Pool area clean - always plenty of sun beds whatever time we accessed the pool area . Hotel very clean Good room service Restaurant staff attentive Very good location - near bus stops to access local bus .

Very clean, great location and smooth check in process with majority of reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff all very helpful and friendly. Great selection of breakfast options . Location right on a beachfront and great access for swimming. Ple ty of sun loungers at the pool.

Overall a great stay, have stayed a few times and it is always fantastic and relaxing. Staff really try their best. I love the location of this hotel. The beach outside is the most perfect one on the island and being able to just walk out the gate and be there is fantastic.
