The fine print
For non-refundable reservations, you must confirm your credit card details via a secure link. Playaballena Spa Hotel will send you the link by email after you have made a reservation.Guests must present photo ID at check-in, to prove the age of children in order to obtain discounts.All spa facilities are at an additional cost to be paid on site. The spa hours are from Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday and Tuesday will remain closed.There is an additional charge for the safety deposit box service.Please note that children between 4 and 15 years old can only use the spa facilities from 12:00 to 14:00, always accompanied by an adult. Children under 4 years old are not allowed in the spa.In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), the property is implementing additional health and safety measures at this time.

Plenty of space in the bedroom, comfortable bed and good TV reception. 4 of the 5 nights were very quiet in the hotel, ideal for my nervous dog. Friday night was busier, but as the room was near the end of the corridor we still had a quiet night

We loved the room and hotel. Reception was not the most pleasant when we arrived but maybe it was an off day. Our work event was amazing with great food, drinks and service.

Big place! Warm swimming pool and jacuzzi. Room, breakfast, easy parking, seaside location, although far from any town. Typical resort! Customer service was amazing! they even gave me a big bottle of water during check out!

The location is great! Breakfast was decent, loads of options. The aqua sliders are great fun for the kids, especially the older ones. Decent size pools. Really good experience all in all.

Everything. Great location, spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, fantastic amenities, very good meals, and above all, excellent reception, bar, restaurant, pool, house and cleaning staff, who went that extra mile to make it a most enjoyable and relaxing few days.

Very spacious room with great view of golf course exceeded our expectations. It was very quiet although families with kids were staying next to us, dinner and breakfast buffets were crowded and loud but with great selection of everything, you could possibly want to eat and drink.
