the location is very nice, close to wonderful and large sandy beach, the hotel is big complex with many pools, in main season could be crowded but at the end of October was very comfortable and everywhere was enough space, SPA area is highly reccommended

Loved our room this time overlooking the sea and pool (did not like our room the last time we stayed, it was in the shade and overlooked by the opposite block). The staff were friendly and very efficient. The pool area was lovely and plenty of room.

Room was a good size. Swimming pool area very spacious and clean. Liked that the pool area was closed until 10:30 so there was no saving sunbeds, of which there were plenty. Food very good especially the Wok station. Coeliacs well catered for. A special mention to Maribela, Josefina, Alexandra and Eva in the restaurant who showed genuine friendliness, concern and helpfulness to us both but especially making sure my husband’s gluten free needs were well met, excellent service from them and Best Hotels should be proud to have them on their staff. Thank you.

All was good. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and great dinner options. Property with access to the beach. We were there in September and 90% of guests were Spanish.

I struggled a little with the breakfasts due to having a specialist diet but that isn’t down to the hotel as there were plenty of options.

The entertainment guys, absolutely amazing, so much energy, so friendly. Carlos, such a friendly man, every breakfast started in a good mood. The cleaning staff, so friendly and helpful, they really care about you

It is a 100% kids' friendly hotel. The pools need to be deeper for adults, but they are perfect for kids, who can have a lot of fun. There is also a big kids' club. - Good dinner with vegetables, fish, meat and fruits.

It's the nice hotel located a 5min walk from the beach. Everything was good during our stay. Staff was helpful. All facilities were in order.
