Comfortable and clean bed Access to the "parent" 4 star hotel next door which serves a very nice dinner and a lovely bar Excellent service by Robert at breakfast time

Pension Angelo: We spent a week at Pension Angelo during our hiking trip in the Dolomites, staying in a room on the lowest floor facing the parking lot. In general, the place seems quite run down and there is a list of things that could be improved. The interior is very outdated and in some parts of the hotel the carpets have an unpleasant smell. The mattress was not very comfortable and the sound isolation was awful - the walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything what is happening in the nearby rooms. There are no tea/coffee making facilities anywhere in the hotel. The breakfast was alright with a relatively wide selection, except that there were no vegetables. We saw an occasional dirty cup or a plate. Breads and pastries were freshly baked and tasty. The staff were always very polite and helpful when the breakfast was served.
