Nicely renovated rooms, clean and comfy bed, good shower. Staff were very friendly at check in. Walkable from the hotel to the downtown areas.

Downtown Location was great for walking to restaurants, grocery store, parks and OSU campus. Shower in the room had been upgraded and had multi use soap, shampoo etc.
