Absolutely charming, amazing little room with a beautiful view, quiet, well-equipped and cosy. The only thing missing would be a fireplace! It's maybe 5 minutes on foot to the piazza in the centre. The bed was super comfy, and all the amenities are there, even a small Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Very warm as well in the winter, the heating was great! Tall people might have a bit of a problem in the attic room, but - duck! :) The host was there to give us the keys and communicated well through WhatsApp and even granted us a late check-out because of our train. Strongly recommended!

House very Clean, very comfortable bed, heating system excellent, kitchen all completed 😚 Location also near to the conference centre (< 1min walk) since I’m here for work.

The apartment was excellent value for money and offered everything we needed for our one-night stay! The owner met us on time and was extremely helpful with suggestions about the town, etc. The location was excellent close to all main attractions and restaurants.

Perfect location - close to the main tourist places, but in the quiet area. The "vibe" of the old town. The host was very nice and helpful (he was been around and was eager to help with any issues/questions we could have).

This is an exceptional accommodation in one of the streets leading to the centre of the beautiful Cortona. It is quiet, spacious, clean and stylish and the host was kind enough to allow me to keep the keys the entire day after check-in, given that no one was coming. Highly recommended!

The room is actually a mini-apartment, cozy and spacious, complete with everything. It was impeccably clean and the location is just great, close to one of the very few free parkings and just 3 min away from the main square. Just found my new favorite place to stay in Cortona!

Excellent location!!! Right inside historic area of Cortona! Restaurants right outside our location and a very short walk to main couryard of the old area. Suite was very comfortable and in an old renovated building.
