I found the staff very hospitable, helpful and kind particularly with going the extra mile to look up trains and where to buy tickets. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the staff y warm and accommodating.

I love how old it was! That it was clean. The staff were amazingly helpful! I even met the owner and he was super lovely as was his furbaby! The entire experience at this hotel was just perfect! As a solo traveler I felt safe and well taken care of!

Beautiful palazzo in a wonderful location. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The only let down was the bed which wasn’t comfortable at all. I think it was great value for money.
