The fine print
24-Hour Front-DeskDogs are to be kept on a leash at all times. The dog must be well behaved & not disturb other guests . Subsequent complaints will result in the removal of the animal and/or the removal of all registered occupants of the room. Owners are required to pick up and properly dispose of any animal waste. There is a dog waste Fido bag station on property for your convenience to use while walking your dog. There is a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per stay. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room. Pets are not permitted in the Breakfast /Kitchen area.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The suite was very clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The TV and WiFi worked well. Gas station and convenience store across the road.

Nice enough place to explore the wonderful Canaan valley and all the outdoor activities. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, ample parking.

The sample and free breakfast is provided it was not mentioned when I booked the room. Facilities are clean and new.
