Location was good, bit of a walk to the centre but we didn't mind that, taxi was 5 Euro. Food was ok, always found something to eat, with being there 11 days, it was repetative but we ate out also to break it up. Rooms were basic but this is a 3 star hotel so we expected that, kids loved the pools and water slides. All staff we had dealings with were great and helped as much as they could. the staff gave all the children christmas presents on christmas day which we wasn't expecting so this was a bonus and again the kids loved this

The hotel was very clean it was situated in a good location, only 15 minutes walk into centre. Staff very friendly. Entertainment wasn’t that good. The was ok could have done with more variety.

Nice location only a short walk to town . Staff really friendly and attentive. The place is spotlessly clean . Other guest’s all seemed to me to look like they was really enjoying themselves good mix of people young and old , family’s with young children . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Booked late so was a lot of money for what we got but accepted that as new year. Needs updating. Staff were great. Room basic - bathroom needs modernising - entertainment area very gloomy. Was all we could get. Pool area was not always clean of cups and spills etc. Drinks very watered down. Food was fine.

Loved everything. Asked for a ground floor apartment and got it. Staff v friendly and would do anything for you. Breakfast was fab. Pools were clean. Hired towel for 10 euro which we got back at end of stay. Nice people around the pool too. Plenty of sunbeds. Overall very happy with my stay.
