My wife and I were extremely happy with 99.7 percent of everything..we were so very happy to be given a free upgrade to a suite..however the lighting was poor in the bedroom..we stayed at the hotel as a suprise for our daughter, her husband and our two grandsons..we arrived the following day of their arrival..my only real concern was that the 'Games Room was not sufficiently to accomodate the pool table plus a table tennis table..we look forward to vising this hotel again..🙂..

we loved the stunning beach views, excellent buffets, pool side snack bar with great menu for lunch, friendly and professional hard working staff, heated pool that we used every day, welcoming reception, large rooms with comfortable armchairs we enjoyed on chilly, windy evenings.

Hotel is nice & clean. Staff is very friendly. It seems like people keep returning to this hotel as they are well looked after. Excellent food. The hotel is located on the beach and about 20 min away by bus from Corralejo.

1. For beach lovers the location is great, with superb sandy beaches both sides of the hotel. 2. The staff are all friendly and helpful. 3. The hotel is generally quiet. But see 3 under don't like) 4. The heated swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs. Also spa and gym. 5. Good sized comfortable furnished rooms with balconies, most of which have nice views. 6. Outside dining area. 7. Tea and coffee making facilities in our room (new since our last visit)

The food was delicious and diversity The location was stunning Mattresses super confy The stage artists are very good. Especially Al Vasil did an amazing presentation, an exceptional talent as a guitarist.
