Extremely noisy at times at night due to crowds of drunk mature Brits talking loudly around the pool after the hotel night entertainment. Walls seem to be made of smoking paper ,you could hear neighbours showering,going to the loo and even a last minute fart . Mattress was very uncomfortable, very hard! Check in staff gave me vage explanations about the facilities of the hotel

we arrived and was met alex at reception and everything from there got better, all the staff were polite and very helpful, the food was great and a good selection there was something for everyone the pools were great and plenty of sun loungers around them also a pool bar with plenty there for all ages, the entertainment in the bar was good and somthing different each night, found for the amount of people there it was quiet and relaxing,the rooms very clean and kept that way , the towels were changed every two days unless you needed it done before you just asked one of the cleaners,

Very good dinner, every day was something different. Nice location, just a walking distance from Corralejo main town and Corralejo Dune park.
