Unfortunately, the room was not ready at 3pm and we had to wait 40 mins for it to be cleaned I had previously requested a slightly earlier check and was told we will do our best but I didn’t expect to be waiting past the check in time in so this was slightly annoying. The Location of the hotel was perfect and a very tranquil setting. We were only there for 1 night as we had added it on to the end of our villa holiday as our flight had changed . We had the half board package which included dinner & breakfast. Unfortunately , not much choice at dinner for my husband who was gluten free . Thankfully breakfast was much better for him . We had also payed for a late check out adding 2 hours onto our stay . I also asked if they could add another 30 mins for free as we hadn’t been able to get into the room , but they point blank refused!

Great and friendly staff, location is superb very close to beach and central with loads of free parking around it. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Breakfast is good and overall hotel is very modern.

Sofa on the terrace is highlight of the room. Dinner was combination of a la cart for main dish + buffet for starters/ fruits/ desserts All employees are very pleasant and professional

Everything, clean, bright and open nice the way the rooms were made to look like mini apartments Also got a complimentary dinner in room as missed dinner time first night Staff really kind and always smiling and always spoke
