The room was top class,it had a sea side chique feel to it ; modern and contemporary but still cosy and with a touch of luxury. The food was excellent !! So much choice and with a lot of thought behind the quality and choice of each buffet dish,all beautifully displayed.

Hotel is immaculate; pool area superb; restaurant excellent with great food choices and attentive staff. We only ate out 1 night out of 10, breakfast choices plentiful, evening meals wide and varied including some themed menus. Nice to have option to sit outside on a terrace next to restaurant. Some items made fresh either in morning (omlettes - yum) or evening from the grill or pasta (also yum). Room was a first floor wheelchair accessible room (not required by us); very short walk to reception, pool and restaurant. Location of hotel is amazing, very close to main street in Corralejo but not so close as to hear any noise - approx 10 mins walk to Music Square. Near to plenty of lovely bars and restaurants in the old town.

Loved the hotel design and location just slightly away but well within reach of beach and shops etc. 75 metres to beautiful sandy (and rocky seaweedy beach - tide in not much room, tide out its superb). Miles of natural sand dunes and beaches great for windsurfing or just enjoying the waves 45 min walk or taxi ride away. Great Spa facilities, activities such as painting classes and pool fitness, table tennis and tennis court..entertainment every evening left room for improvement on some nights. One duo I’m afraid to say were dire and audience bonded through laughter. If I’m in a country I yearn for non English entertainers eg Spanish singer/ Guitar/dance not just the same old English chart hits. Great food plenty of variety, ooh to choose what to have at breakfast! Even the coffee was great and I’m a coffee snob. Everywhere was spotless. The jewel in this hotel are the staff. Friendly courteous and always willing to help with a smile. I hope this comes from top management down and appreciation shown because they are a credit to the Barcelo chain. We were there on honeymoon and had a nice touch of a bottle of chilled Cava in room as a welcome. We raised an unusual Issue, Customer Experience Team and Management were on it immediately. We subsequently moved to a room with a jacuzzi on balcony on request this really made our honeymoon as we wouldn’t have been able to afford this for a whole week.. to Svetlana and Juan, we thank you wholeheartedly for your awesome warmth and customer service making our stay top notch. We would come back in a heartbeat and have recommended this hotel to friends already. I forgot to ask - the free shower products and body lotion smelled divine- I wanted to find out if available to buy anywhere.

Lovely clean pool area with warmer and cooler pool options. Wellness option. Friendly guests. Comfortable beds. Good salad bar at the evening buffet. Easy, short walk to the beach and Correlejo centre. The Flamenco dancers were the best evening entertainment in my opinion.
