Please note this property limited cleaning services once a week.To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is non-refundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

The location to the beach and local shops is good. The rooms are spacious and the pools are great. The reception staff were friendly and helpful - when they were open.

Very nice complex, 3 clean pools, decent apartment. Everything exactly like the photos,. Idealling located a 2 mins from a 'commercial centre' with shops, supermarket and resetuarants/tapas bars. Just over a 5 min walk to the sea and then another 5 mins to the nearest beach. The new part of town is just over a 5 min walk, old town is 20 mins. Window lock didnt work, was fixed straight away. This is a sold 8/10 place, we wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if we were to head back to Carralejo.

Amazing place, very quiet and close to the main shopping area. The apartment was clean and has everything you need for your stay. The sofa that turns into bed, I'm 165cm(5,5ft) tall and, it was comfortable enough for me. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Totally recommend!!
