The receptionists were very friendly and helpful even before our stay. They helped us in getting our Spass or travel permit, our tours, and van transfer. The rooms were very clean and big great room for a big family.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating - they let me stay in the same room when I couldn't leave due to the ferry being full and also organised laundry for me. I liked being off the main strip - probably quieter and very close to diving centres and some excellent restaurants. They had water at reception.
