Everything was good but the day we needed to come they cancelled my reservation and we i tried to contact them by booking they didn’t respond. Once i was very mad i needed to call them (i’m from another country) and then they fixed my reservation. The location from the main attractions is not that convenient, it’s a long walk and drive to there with metro/bus/walking. Taxi’s are expensive.

The bedroom and dining area very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is next to a very busy road. The breakfast was good, but there was only redbush or herbal tea available, and no breakfast tea at all.

I want to acknowledge the cleaning team, who were super helpful and assisted me with some queries, even though it wasn't part of their duties. They were fantastic, and I really appreciated their support.

The room was very good, clean , sound proofed and good temperature control. Good standard bathroom. The hotel staff was nice and efficient, no language problems.

Good Hotel Near to airport They have a shopping mall near by. which have some good restaurants and bar. Staff was good. Just need to highlight the check-in time which is 1500 Hrs. Rest its a good property to stay.

I wasn't expecting much, however the room that I had was great with a large area and desk space as well as the beds and a good spacious bathroom. The staff were brilliant throughout my stay even when there was a minor issue with the booking. They were all super friendly and helpful and I felt welcomed as a solo traveller in the off peak season! Dinner was also really good! It was in a good location for what I wanted to do and there were shops and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk. There was also easy access to the Regional rail services and Metro at Cornella and Gavara.

The hotel is super, the staff is wonderful, everything is clean, the breakfasts are delicious, the metro and the shopping center are nearby.
