Very good value in comparison to hotels. Basic rooms but ideal if you just want someplace to get sleep. Only a few minutes walk to the main bars and restaurants. The communal kitchen area is a great idea and would be ideal if a group were going.

Staff are exceptionally friendly and competent. The accommodation is of the highest quality of any student accommodation that we have seen. The shared kitchen and lounge is generous and of strikingly good architecture with floor to ceiling windows and a terrace with river views. The experience in the shared kitchen obviously depends on who your fellow flatware’s are as the flat has 6 bedrooms. We were lucky as only one other bedroom was occupied. The overall experience was probably as good as it would have been in the 5 star hotel opposite at a much higher cost.

It was nicely situated . Just a small walk from the centre . Plenty of buses though The staff were great really help full . Loved the mini toiletries and towels . Saved on packing them

Location! Great value for the money. Short walk to the city centre. Staff nice. Read reviews after the booking and got a bit anxious for no reason. It’s a student accommodation so get ready. Simple but comfy! Perfect for budget holidays and great location. Walk on the UCC premises is a must
