Always a great stay. Staff were superb, everything spotless and the Christmas decorations were still up. Great food with a view and rooms were excellent

Staff were lovely Location is a little outside the City Centre but the views were fantastic. Breakfast was one of the best. Lot of options cooked to order for you. Overall a great hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Meeting Ken at the door, the staff are brilliant !! Extremely friendly and helpful. The terrace bar, on a sunny day, should not be missed. Access to the leisure centre for guests.

I was greeting by staff before I even made it to the hotel and was immediately helped to check in. There is parking onsite and the staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has lots of different areas to relax in. The view from the outside veranda is stunning. The rooms are very opulent feeling and even the TV remote was in a bag letting you know it had been cleaned. This definitely is the place to go for a treat

Everything you could adj for and more at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The little touches of a personalises card welcoming you to the hotel, you bedroom curtains closed at night and drinks and chocolates at the side of your bed for when you come back in. The balcony views are great and comfortable to sit out at night with the heaters. Breakfast is a well stocked and heated buffet.

The dining room has a panoramic view over Cork harbour which is spectacular particularly late at night or early morning when the harbour is lit up. The food was delicious and there as plenty of it. The dining room and catering staff were first class.
