All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the pool by an adult at all times.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great welcome on arrival at the hotel, lovely bedroom and large bathroom. Excellent fresh breakfast served by warm and friendly staff. Electric car charge points close to the front door, very convenient and easy to use.

Top level atmosphere, comfort and facilities... particularly the outdoor thermal pool. Unreal on a cold, crisp winter's morning. Great views to boot!

Very good location - not too long a walk into city centre and down by river Lee for lovely walks. Staff could not do enough for you, very friendly. Rooms spotless, breakfast lovely.

Water facilities are super great. Perfect way to unwind from the work pressures. Outside hydromassage pool is awesome! Sauna, Jacuzzi and pool in great shape as well.
