I rate my stay 9 out of 10 mainly because I didn't get the breakfast this time as I opted for something in the city. However I have stayed here numerous times and very rarely ever had a complaint. Lovely people running it, they keep it well, they make a solid fry up and the location is excellent, ESPECIALLY for events happening in or around UCC. Nothing fancy, just decent hospitality where you can feel safe and sound.

The room was spacious and well lit with an excellent view of the Park. The shower was exceptional and worked fantastically and was appreciated on a very hot day.

Have to say it was my second time staying there the place is spotless very comfortable room and they are so friendly you would feel you have known them all your life nice breakfast and perfect parking in an ideal location id highly recommend to anyone 10 out of 10 for me

Location was great, easy access to city centre, Wilton, Douglas etc. Breakfast was nice. Very good heating for an old building
