The room was perfect and spotless and staff were lovely. Really close to city centre. The only thing was the amount of emails I got in the run up to our stay but that could be a booking.com issue lol

The staff were outstanding! Receptionists were incredibly helpful and bar/restaurant staff were so accommodating and really went out of their way to make our family mealtimes great! Breakfasts were fab!

Reception staff wecoming warm and helpfull. Salmon dinner 1st class compliments to the chef cleaned the plate. Room good temperature and spotless clean. Bar staff engaging and friendly. Overall a very relaxing experience will recommend highly. If only there was more parking on site!⁸

The hotel is situated a short walk from a bridge to take you into the city centre, it is located in a quiet area but a short distance to the hustle and bustle. Our room was exceptionally clean with all the facilities you would expect such as hot drinks, hair dryer etc. The bed was a little small for our liking but each to their own as it was comfortable. The staff were very happy to help and breakfast was buffet style but freshly cooked with a good selection.

Walking distance to everything I needed. Check in and out was easy. The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Easy to connect to wifi. There was a lift

Staff were welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Felt well looked after. Rooms were spacious and clean with good facilities. Great value on food and drink. Really lovely stay, would absolutely stay again. Special mention to the bar staff.
