The hotel was nice and the garden room was a good bonus. The room wasn't very spacious but we didn't feel we missed this as we went out into the garden room to sit and relax! The location of the hotel is good with plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance, and the city centre only being about 20 mins walk. The bed was very large and comfortable. The dog was definitely a bonus too 😍

Lovely staff, very welcoming of us and our 2 dogs. Great room which led out onto the fantastic garden. Great location overlooking the city and within easy walking distance if moderately fit.

From check in to check out the staff were amazing. Very welcoming very friendly and very knowledgeable. Our double room was perfect for us 2. Breakfast was fantastic, choice of freshly cooked breakfast as well as fruit pastries and cakes. Nothing was too much trouble & staff were amazing. Special thanks to Joanne who looked after our luggage and let us relax & unwind with coffee/water and use of all facilities before our late flight home, even though we had checked at out earlier that morning. Can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re coming to Cork get yourselves booked in here you certainly won’t be disappointed.

The location is at the heart of the city. The view from our room is amazing … you can see the docks train station among others.

Everything was amazing - the staff, location, food and facilities. Really good value for money and amazing views over Cork. Additionally, they were very accommodating and made a vegan breakfast every morning which was fabulous!
