The fine print
Please note, all beds are 120cm-wide small double beds, as opposed to 135cm-wide standard double beds. 1 towel per guest is available at the reception, additional towels are available for rent at EUR 5 per towel. Luggage storage is available prior check in and after check out at a cost of EUR 5 per bag. Shower gel is available at reception. All rooms are non-smoking and there is a fine of EUR 250 for smoking in the building.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

My ten days here were absolutely fantastic. Yes, this is a student accommodation, but a really nice and clean one. The location is perfect, very central and right next to shops and other amenities. A shout-out to the staff who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Just a heads-up, the room and bed may be on the smaller side for two people, they were comfy for me as a solo traveller though. All in all, I very much recommend this house!

Very helpful and friendly staff when we arrived. Offered free tea/coffee making items plus toiletries if needed. Cold water dispenser helpfully placed by the door. Kitchen was big, well equipped and very clean.

Nice place, has everything you need even for long stay. Good location, close to city center. Clean and tidy, nice staff, comfortable rooms. There was a kitchenette with all needed kitchen supplies in our room. Also a dining table and a working area. Room was not big, but fit everything perfectly. Internet connection was good for working online.

We liked the location of the place as it was very close to the centre and we could vizit also the university. We stayed for 4 days in the city and visited all tourist places in the city and had a pleasant summer holiday.

It was the cheapest accommodation we could find and was good basic accommodation - presumably converted student accommodation out of season with a useful kitchen adn very friendly staff and great option for a very late check in.
