The fine print
All guests must be over 18 years of age to check into the hotel, unless accompanied by an Parent/Guardian.Group Bookings of 5 Rooms or more booked on a single reservation the following polices apply:- There will be no charge for cancellations or amendments, made up to 15 days prior to the arrival date. All
such changes must be advised to the Company in writing by email.
- Up to 20% of the confirmed number of rooms may be cancelled between 15 days and 10 days prior to the
arrival date without penalty. Rooms cancelled in excess of this 20% will be charged at 50% of the quoted
accommodation rate for the duration of the period booked.
- Up to 10% of the previously confirmed number of rooms may be cancelled between 5 days and 10 days
without penalty. Rooms cancelled in excess of this will be charged 75% of the quoted accommodation rate
for the duration of the period.
- Every room cancelled within 5 days of the arrival date will be fully charged.
- A rooming list with the names of all guests in each room must be updated via Booking.com no later than 5 days prior to the groups arrival.
- Groups bookings of 5 or more rooms must be guaranteed by credit card to the hotel at the time of Booking and full prepayment of the group is required at least 5 days prior to arrival.
-Car Parking is included for the nights you are staying. Should you wish to leave your car for additional days that you are not staying in the hotel a charge of €5 per day will apply. Please contact the hotel directly to arrange this.
CHECK IN/SECURITY POLICY:In order for guest accommodation to be confirmed, at the time of check-in, all guests must provide sufficient credit credentials in accordance with this policy. Failure to provide the necessary credit credentials will result in the refusal of accommodations services.Guests may provide credit credentials by way of:- Credit Card, or
- Debit Card (together with photo ID)a) Credit CardWhen a guest elects to provide a credit card for the purposes of this policy, a pre-authorization will be taken at the time of check-in to cover the cost of accommodation plus security deposit. A pre-authorisation is a hold placed on the guest’s credit card account for the total room price plus €50 per night for incidental charges. Any applicable guest room charges, will be placed on the authorized credit card.b) Debit CardAs we are unable to preauthorise debit cards, when a guest elects to present a debit card for the purposes of this policy, the total cost of the accommodation, in addition to a security deposit in the sum of €50 per night, will be deducted from the account at the time of check-in. Where a guest presents a debit card for the purposes of this policy, a valid photo ID will also be required. Full payment will be deducted at the time of check-in (to include the security deposit) and a refund will be processed within 24 hours of departure where there are no outstanding charges and/or damage expenses. Please note that depending on the financial institutions involved, it may take up to 10 working days for a refund to reach the guest’s account.Please note that cash security deposits WILL NOT be accepted under any circumstances.All guest personal and sensitive data is processed in line with GDPR policies which can be viewed here. https://www.corkinternationalairporthotel.com/privacy-policy/If determined that the Guest has incurred damage and/or unpaid services during their stay at the Hotel, the Hotel reserves the right to deduct same from the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization. The Guest also acknowledges and agrees that the Security Deposit/Pre-Authorization amount will not limit the right of the Hotel to exercise or pursue any remedy available in law or in equity for breach of this agreement, including, but not limited to, damages on appliances or finishes and/or furniture, damages on account of or related to smoking in guest rooms or any other costs or losses resulting from the negligence of the Guest.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

Hotel very convenient for airport, all the staff friendly and helpful. Room large and comfortable and hotel did feel luxurious. No noise despite being next to the the airport, slept well. Was particularly impressed with the New Yorker Restaurant, lovely meal at acceptable price point…and so many nice things on the menu that I actually went back and had another the next day at lunch time! No waiting time to be seated either, although I had not booked, and food arrived quickly. Breakfast also good, great range, not crowded, helpful staff. I had intended to get a budget hotel somewhere but ended up here because of the location and my need for convenience on this occasion. So it was more than I would normally spend, but I did feel the difference and was particularly glad of it as my flight arrived late so to get to the hotel easily was helpful.

We had to leave early for the airport and the hotel offered a lovely spread of fresh pasteurise and hot coffe and tea in the lobby for those not able to take advantage of the breakfast. Nice touch!!
