Had a problem with the phone and Wi-Fi but they changed our room and everything was great Friendly bar staff, good buffet style breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Beautiful room and decor of restaurant is so relaxing, your hotel front of house staff are so warm and welcoming, and your night porter was hilarious and so energetic when we got back at 2am, very enjoyable stay 10 out of 10

Arrived very late. Porter was overly friendly, chatting away when all i wanted was to just get to bed. Room was lovely, great size. Bathroom good, clean but chilly. Unfortunately after taking a shower I reach for a towel only for it to be threadbare and badly stained. Luckily there was a second towel which was in much better condition. I arrived late and left early but I would stay there again and would like to stay for longer, to check out the bar and the restaurant. The building was beautiful.

Room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed having the balcony from some fresh air. Also really like the coffee machine in the room.

Fantastic view, some of the best you can get of the city, close to historical sites like Griffiths college, walks down and up is enjoyable and very close to city centre. Showers are nice. The room is very clean, and the misses highly recommends the bath robes and presseco. The decor is brilliant, used to be an old TB hospital in the prior century, and its history and decoration pass on the feeling of great history
