The kitchen was spotless and perfectly equipped with sufficient utensils and kitchenware. They provided salt, detergent for washing dishes etc. The bed was very comfortable. The bed had two side shelves and sockets for phones etc. Great. The area around the apartment was lovely. We went to a xmas patio opening which was a highlight. Ramon was very responsive and helpful! Thank you.

Probably one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. It is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen contained all the necessary items and more. I appreciated the little touches like paper towels, napkins, binders, plenty of coffee pods, tea, and even cocoa—things I usually have to buy myself. I also liked the neighborhood; it’s quiet (at least during the low season) but still very close to interesting attractions.

It was brand new. The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. Check in was very easy and quick. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was great. It is within easy walking distance of all the major attractions and there are lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Would I recommend staying there to family and friends? Yes Would I stay there again? Yes

We loved the neighbourhood of San Basilio. We were right in the heart of the patio festival in May, which was lovely. We both received a warm welcome from Ramón. We loved our apartment. It was bright, clean, and modern. Everything in the apartment worked really well. Bed was comfy.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to the historic centre, yet distant enough making the environment quiet for a good rest. Nice historic street. We stayed during the patio’s festival, it was very crowded in the city. The gentleman helping us was very friendly and understanding. The appartment was very spacious and clean enough. Good facilities (washing machine, coffee maker, baby bath and toys!). We were very happy with our stay!
