Attention by hotel staff with extensive explanations about the location and interesting visits. Also practical access with car and parking space available very close to the property.

Friendly staff. Great location. Easy to find and safe parking. We parked the car and then walked to several sites. Mosque - Cathedral. Horse Show. Among others. There is a large soccer/football stadium also close. Wish we had gone to a game.

We stayed for several nights at Hotel Viento and thoroughly enjoyed it. We particularly enjoyed meeting and chatting with the lovely owner Gerardo who was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Gerardo met us at the hotel car park, which is just around the corner from the hotel and helped us with our bags. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff were very friendly. The hotel itself is very stylish blending the old with the new. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and chic. The breakfast, prepared to order by Gerardo was excellent. The hotel is located just at the edge of all the historic sights of the city and is easily accessible by car. We loved our stay here and it was a genuine pleasure to meet you Gerardo! We hope very much to return one day.
