Variety and quality of food was excellent. Loved the outside bars at lunchtime. Never a rush to get a sun lounger. Bar service to your lounger was frequent with great quality drinks.

This hotel is simply outstanding. The staff members are incredibly helpful, and their motto seems to be solely focused on ensuring your satisfaction. They respond to every request with a cheerful "Of course!" The hotel grounds are very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The pool is beautiful and impressive. The à la carte restaurants are exceptional, and the buffet is delicious—my fiancé and I had such a hard time deciding where to eat because everything was so good. The hotel management goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, the evening events were a lot of fun! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel has the best staff. From the moment you arrive at the reception to the restaurants, pool and beach staff, housekeeping, spa, everyone is super welcoming, helpful and always smiling. They make you feel that everyone knows you presonally and working on making sure you are enjoying your stay. All of this despite the pressure of the full occupancy rate. You will not feel the service is dropping for a second. I am afraid to forget any name, but really thank you for everyone

The property is quite big but it’s very quiet and calm. Our room with the private pool was very nice. The diving center is awesome

We loved the atmosphere, the staff taking care of us, the relaxing vibe and the beautiful landscape. It was a real pleasure to stay in this hotel and by far one of the best on the coast. We recommend to book via the hotel the dolphin excursion as well as the turtles/snorkeling. Plus there is a very nice horse riding center 7min walk from the hotel which offered great excursions on the beach and desert.

Alaya Resort is the very perfect place to rest well, but somehow "à la carte". Balancing farniente at the beach, with more sportive activities ranging from diving to squash or tennis, running and fitness club, or yoga facing with the sea. All staff are devoted with a great sympathy to the wellbeing. It has been very nice to be able to talk with any of them in English, even though they demonstrate also fluency in other languages (German, Italian, French...). To have a conversation with some gardener for instance, results a great memory too. Also a cheerful salutation to Saber, our kind and generous lifeguard at the Coraya beach. He has been an amazingly nice presence, alway very discrete but so much attentive with full of little details. Him only brings the experience at the beach to next level. Employee of the month is Saber the lifeguard! The richful architectural ensemble is set to match with demanding customers, all well studied in the most tiny details. Anywhere one can walk, there is always something new to discover in this Arabic ambianced palace. Gardens luxurious, always blossoming bushes, perfectly well maintained greens with a bit of local fauna (birds), are as much invitations for walks. Accommodations are matching with 5* criteria. Clean and perfectly maintained everyday. Restaurants are generously supplied with always fresh and best quality products. "A la carte" restaurants can provide some additional variation, although the buffet is already a best choice. Let's append about the Bedouin tent that supplies yet another ambiance with shows. From Ayala, a multitude of diverse excursions can bring you to Luxor (1 day visit, very comprehensive, leaving very early morning and back for dinner). Or to other wild south of Egypt with the crystal waters of Sharm El Lulli, or the Mangrove park.

Very clean and comfortable . We had a swim up room with a warm pool , beautiful gardens ,lovely beach . Every member of staff, without exception was determined to ensure we had a relaxing holiday, all the staff were so helpful and diligent.
