Jaz hotel groups as usual were very hospitable, Mr. Husam and Muhammed from reception were very accommodating, showed us several rooms until we were satisfied. Mr. Islam from Guest relations was always following with us during our stay and did not hestitate to give us all we requested and more. The coral was beautiful, the food was various and delicious. The staff everywhere were very hospitable. Best vacation and very recommended.

I would like to give an extra star for the exceptional guest service throughout the resort. Whether in the lobby, the restaurants, on the beach, or even from the housekeeping staff, every team member was welcoming, always smiling, and clearly dedicated to making guests feel happy and well-cared for. The second highlight for me was the impressive variety of menus and dining options. The food was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared with care and attention to detail. I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Islam from Guest Relations for making this vacation truly extraordinary.

We had our second visit to Jaz solaya, our first was a couple of years ago.It was a very good surprise for us that we enjoyed it even better. The staff are super friendly the food is good , the facilities are enjoyable and the aqua park is amazing. The wether and the water temperature in the sea at this time of the year was marvellous. We’d like to make 2 special thanks : number one is mister Eslam el shafee the guest relation manager who could not do enough to fulfill our requests. Number 2 the Italian restaurant (Ninos) was an experience not to be missed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. Location: The place was absolutely beautiful, with a stunning atmosphere that added to the overall charm of my stay. Food: The dining experience was outstanding! The meals were beyond excellent, with a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Every bite was a delight! Service: The staff were the highlight of my stay. They were incredibly respectful and courteous, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit. Their professionalism and kindness truly set this hotel apart. Overall, my stay was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I can’t wait to return!
