A true family-style hotel – we felt so spoiled! Our stay at Jaz Dar El Madina was absolutely wonderful! The hotel has such a warm, welcoming, and family-like atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly cared for. The staff are amazing — so attentive, kind, and genuinely thoughtful. Every little detail was taken care of, and we felt completely spoiled the whole time. It’s not just a hotel — it’s a place where you feel at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Staff is amazing in this hotel, very friendly and helpful regardless of tips. It's really big plus of this hotel. I was in many Egyptian hotels but I can compare this staff with staff in Old Cataract hotel. Near to aquapark . Hotel is clean and Quiet. Food is tasty , less choice than in Maraya but you find always something interesting to eat. Drinks are good, for me and my friends the best was Espresso Marini. It's good option to relax. Big plus is welcome packiet - consisting of drink on reception, fast check-in, wine with chocolate and fruits in room.

Staff is amazing in this hotel, very friendly and helpful regardless of tips. It's really big plus of this hotel. Hotel is clean and quiet. Food is tasty. Drinks are good. It's nice to seat in the evening in outdoor bar. Near aquapark. Big plus is welcome package - fast check in, welcome drink and chocolate and fruits in room. For me it's boutique hotel, where staff cares about very good service. Manager ask every day guests if everything is ok to provide the best possible service.

Staff is very friendly , helpful and cares about very good service for clients. It's big plus of this hotel for me. Food is good and tasty. Served drinks are good. We got a nice suprise - welcome package in room.

Aside from the nice facilities, i liked the staff they were very helpful and tried to accommodate all of our needs. The beach was very nice sandy and the corals were spectacular.
