The rooms are all nicely decorated. It was clean and comfortable. Mathew was excellent and very helpful. Excellent location if you want to be near the euro tunnel. There’s a huge supermarket near by as well. There is a lovely restaurant next door, which we received 10% off our food bill because we stayed at Sure hotel. I would definitely eat there again.

This is the second time we have stayed here and the staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Good breakfast buffet. Excellent place to stay when using Le Shuttle.

The staff are always so friendly and helpful and as a solo traveler of 71 I feel safe here plus the parking is free and easy plus gated, my little dog is also very welcome
