Staff were kind, breakfast was nice, everywhere was clean, toiletries smelt lovely, location was great. Some small annoyances were that the aircon was turned off so we could not use it, and our room was very warm, so we had to keep the windows open, the lift was a bit slow to wait for, and the bed pillows were very small in size, they were square shaped. Regardless, I would recommend and stay again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely spacious rooms and very stylish, staff were very friendly. We booked this very last minute butbwhat a find it was. Very happy. We had a lovely honeymoon.

Great location, kind stuff Really need to work on its cleaning services Dirty towels 🤢awaited us upon our arrival. Not a good start. They were replaced with some less dirty. Apart from the poor hygiene , they could use some new mattresses and pillows Location was great

Stayed in a room with a balcony, was very nice to have the fresh air option even though it was chilly. Downstairs cocktail bar is lovely, breakfast ok but for me expended l expensive given the options for gluten and dairy free. Loved the historical feel and charm of the building, also had a great coffee/ hot water machine. Short walk to town centre, would definitely stay again, only downfall really was no restaurant for dinner.

The hotel was beautiful, really stylish and well thought out. Room was super comfy, breakfast hall was huge with lots of choice.

We had a lovely stay in Wide Hotel. We originally booked 2 double bedrooms and 1 single room, which all got upgraded free of charge when we arrived! The rooms were spacious, designed well and had smart TV, meaning I could watch netflix and disney plus on there. They also held our luggage before we were able to check in which was very convenient. It is close to everything and very close to the metro station too. Would recommend and stay here again!

Location was great, close to a beautiful square and public transport. Staff were polite, and respectful. We really enjoyed our stay.
