The view is superb from the rooms facing the city square, breakfast is great, the free service and drinks at the Lounge is worth the price for upgrading the room to executive double.

Very nice pozition of the hotel-near Tivoli and very close to the center of the city. Kind receptionist-he helped us to find good restaurant after our arrival and made a reservation for us. Sufficient offer for breakfest.

Location was perfect, staff were helpful and spoke excellent English, beds were comfy, umbrellas to borrow in reception which were much appreciated as it was wet and snowed !

The hotel itself was great, close to the train station (about 5-10 min walk), the hotel room was very good and accommodated the family well. We had an excellent breakfast provided in the morning.

The location was very good, a few minutes walk from the Tivoli gardens, HC Andersen museum, metro station and the Stroget street. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff greeted us on arrival and were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was well stocked with a variety of foods catering to all tastes. The location was perfect for us with Tivoli Gardens just a 5 minute walk away.
